Create a named pack with a clear customer-facing price and duration. Use packs when customers choose a ready-made offer such as a two-hour or deep-clean package. Test that the selected pack changes both total and schedule time.
Before you begin
Choose this model only when it matches how your team quotes and performs the work. Keep unrelated pricing switches off until you have a clear reason to combine them.
Configure it
Open Reservations → Cleaning Settings and select the matching card. Enter customer-facing prices and realistic minutes, then save the location-specific settings.
Give each pack a customer-friendly name that communicates the promise, not an internal code. Enter a clear Description so customers know what the offer includes. Set Price to the total charge for the pack and Duration, minutes to the calendar time it reserves. Price and duration are independent: changing the minutes changes availability, not the amount charged.
Save the pack, then select it in a test booking. Confirm the customer sees the right name and price and that the available end time moves by the pack duration. Use individual services for optional work that varies from booking to booking.

Combine carefully
This model can be used alone or combined with property details, condition markup, packages, or individual services. Each enabled option should represent a real business decision the customer can understand.

Verify the result
Make a test booking for the same location. Confirm the displayed total, selected options, and available end time. If the amount is right but the calendar is wrong, review minutes rather than changing the price.
